Kredlink is the lending rails of India. NBFCs and fintechs plug in once and tap every bank's capital. One API, every lending product, revenue on every disbursal. We're building the orchestration layer for a 43,000 Cr BC/FLDG market and we're hiring our founding engineers now.

How we build

We are an AI-native engineering team and we ship fast. We expect our engineers to write the vast majority of their code with AI assistance - not because it's trendy, but because it's the only way a small team ships infrastructure-grade software at the pace this market demands. Features that take a quarter elsewhere take us a week.

If your instinct is still to type every line yourself, this isn't the team for you. If you've already figured out how to 10 yourself with Claude Code, Cursor, or the equivalent and you can tell the difference between code an AI got right and code an AI got subtly wrong we want to talk.

The role

You'll own meaningful surfaces end-to-end borrower journeys, partner dashboards, credit bureau and eKYC integrations, the multi-tenant core and have real say in how the codebase is shaped. We want an engineer who pushes back on bad ideas, including ours, and who holds the quality bar when nobody's watching.

What you'll build

• AI-native lending infrastructure platform for banks and NBFCs.
• Borrower loan application flows OTP, eKYC, document upload, live status
• Partner dashboards for demand-side NBFCs and supply-side credit teams
• The multi-tenant core with hard data isolation enforced at the database layer
• Integrations with MSG91, Setu, Karza, CIBIL, Razorpay, Decentro
• BullMQ background workers for webhooks, documents, and notifications

What we're looking for

• B.Tech / B.E. / M.Tech from a top engineering college (IITs, BITS, IIITs, NITs, or equivalent)
• 4+ years of full-stack experience with real production ownership systems you can still describe in detail two years later
• You write 90%+ of your code with AI and ship features in days, not sprints and you can spot the difference between a good generation and a dangerous one in under ten seconds
• Deep TypeScript and React/Next.js App Router fluency you understand the model, not just the syntax
• SQL and relational data modeling as a first-class skill the word "transaction" means more to you than "a row in a table"
• A healthy respect for correctness you've seen a race condition in the wild and you know why "check-then-act" is a lie
• Product judgment you can tell which 20% of a spec actually matters and which 80% will change next week
• Clear writing a lot of our engineering happens in docs and PRs
• Indian fintech experience (lending, LOS/LMS, eNACH, account aggregator, bureaus). Multi-tenant SaaS with hard isolation. Opinions on Prisma extensions or AsyncLocalStorage you'd argue about over coffee.
