Project Role Description : Responsible for developing and/or engineering the end-to-end features of a system, from user experience to backend code. Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves overseeing the complete development lifecycle of software features, ensuring seamless integration between user interfaces and backend systems. This role requires actively engaging in designing, building, and refining solutions that enhance client services. Collaboration with various stakeholders and continuous improvement of system functionalities are key aspects of daily responsibilities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to improve productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Standard Edition.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Spring Boot, AWS Architecture, Microservices and Light Weight Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
- Experience in developing scalable and maintainable backend services.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies and frameworks to support full stack development.
- Ability to work with cloud platforms and deploy applications in cloud environments.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java Standard Edition.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
