As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive features that span both the user interface and backend systems. The role requires working closely with various teams to create seamless and efficient solutions that enhance client services. Embracing a cloud-first approach and agile methodologies, the engineer continuously explores and applies emerging technologies to address complex business challenges, ensuring the delivery of innovative and scalable software products.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project goals and deliverables.
- Assist in mentoring junior team members to support their professional growth.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing systems to enhance performance and reliability.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python Frameworks.
- Experience with front-end technologies and integration with backend services.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile practices.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable code architectures.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies.
- Competence in debugging, testing, and optimizing application performance.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Python Frameworks.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
