Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and refining complete system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. This role requires actively engaging in the development lifecycle to create innovative solutions that enhance client services. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices in software development and deployment.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of backend development, including database management and API design.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and services to support scalable application deployment.
- Ability to work within agile development environments and utilize version control systems effectively.
- Understanding of software testing methodologies and continuous integration processes.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in .Net Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
