Role Overview

This is not a typical Full Stack Developer role.

We are looking for someone who can build, integrate systems, lead technical execution, and solve problems end-to-end.

AI experience is not mandatory, but you must be keen to learn and work with AI tools and cloud technologies like AWS.

Key Responsibilities

Full Stack Development

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack
• Work with:
• React.js (Frontend)
• Node.js & Express.js (Backend)
• MongoDB & DynamoDB (Databases)
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
• Debug and resolve complex technical issues

Integrations & Solution Building

• Design and implement API integrations and third-party system connections
• Build end-to-end workflows across multiple platforms
• Work on automation and scalable backend integrations
• Translate business needs into practical technical solutions

Cloud & AI Exposure

• Work with AWS cloud services, including:
• DynamoDB
• AWS (AI integrations)
• Learn and implement:
• AI-based workflows
• Automation systems
• Apply a learning mindset towards AI and emerging technologies

Leadership & Ownership

• Take end-to-end ownership of technical delivery
• Guide and mentor team
• Participate in architecture decisions and planning
• Ensure quality, timelines, and accountability

Client & Delivery Management

• Work closely with internal teams and Australian clients
• Convert requirements into technical tasks and delivery plans
• Communicate updates, risks, and progress clearly
• Ensure high-quality and timely project delivery

Required Skills

Technical Skills

• Strong experience in:
• JavaScript & TypeScript
• MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)
• REST API development & integrations
• Experience with:
• MongoDB & DynamoDB
• Cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
• Understanding of scalable architecture and backend systems

Mindset & Approach (Critical)

• Strong problem-solving skills
• Solution-oriented thinking (not just coding tasks)
• High ownership and accountability
• Interest in integration-heavy work
• Willingness to learn AI & new technologies

Leadership & Communication

• Experience mentoring or leading team
