Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of scalable frontend architecture using modular and monorepo approaches
• Build and maintain
• n high-quality web applications using Next.js, React, and Tailwind CSS
• Define and enforce frontend best practices, coding standards, and performance optimization strategies
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend teams
• Drive technical decision-making and architecture discussions
• Mentor and guide frontend developers, conduct code reviews, and improve team productivity
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and SEO performance
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design standards
• Manage CI/CD processes and deployment pipelines for frontend applications
• Stay updated with emerging frontend technologies and recommend improvements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 6 to 9 years of experience in frontend development
• Strong expertise in React.js and Next.js
• Deep understanding of modular architecture and monorepo (e.g., Nx, Turborepo, Lerna)
• Proficiency in Tailwind CSS and modern UI development practices
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript
• Experience with state management (Redux, Zustand, or similar)
• Solid understanding of SSR, SSG, and performance optimization
• Experience integrating with REST APIs / GraphQL
• Strong experience with Git and version control workflows
