Frontend Developer (React & React Native)

Location: Indore, India

We are hiring a Frontend Developer to join our innovative team at GoInstaCare.

We are looking for a developer with strong experience in web and mobile application development, specifically using React (Web) and React Native (Mobile Apps).

As a Frontend Developer at GoInstaCare, you will play a key role in building and enhancing the user experience of our caregiving and hiring platform. You will work closely with product, design, and backend teams to deliver high-quality, scalable applications.

Our platform is evolving with AI-powered features, including AI interviews, candidate analysis, and intelligent automation. Familiarity with AI integrations or APIs (such as OpenAI, Claude, etc.) is a strong plus.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Strong experience in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS

Proficiency in React (Web) and React Native (Mobile Apps)

Strong understanding of frontend architecture, performance optimization, and best practices

Experience building responsive and scalable user interfaces

Familiarity with Git and version control workflows

Basic understanding of AI-powered applications or experience integrating AI APIs is a plus

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Requirements:

Minimum 3+ years of experience in frontend development

Experience building both web applications and mobile apps

Ability to work with React (web) and React Native (mobile)
