Ywork.ai is a rapidly growing AI startup founded by an IIM-A alumni and an ex-DRDO scientist. Backed by leading VC firms from the UK and US, were building cutting-edge tools for the construction industry across both regions.

We hire exclusively through our internship program and believe in performance-based growth. This is a unique opportunity to join our core team at an early stage and grow with the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Build responsive, high-performance user interfaces using React.js / Next.js
• Translate UI/UX designs into clean, scalable frontend code
• Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs and backend services
• Work on real-time features (where applicable)
• Collaborate with backend engineers, designers, and product teams
• Debug, test, and optimize applications for speed and scalability
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Take ownership of features and ship quickly

What Were Looking For

• Strong fundamentals in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+)
• Hands-on experience with React.js or Next.js
• Understanding of responsive design and modern UI practices
• Basic knowledge of API integration (REST)
• Familiarity with Git version control
• Eagerness to learn, build, and solve real-world problems
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Bonus Skills:

• Knowledge of TypeScript
• Experience with state management (Redux / Context API)
• Exposure to Web-Sockets or real-time applications
• Basic understanding of performance optimization

Salary & Details

• 25,000/month stipend
• Duration: 3-month full-time internship
• PPO Opportunity: 4.8 LPA 7.2 LPA (based on performance)
• Location: Gandhinagar (Work From Office)
• No bond
