We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer who views the browser as a canvas. You aren't just building functional interfaces; you are crafting high-performance, butter-smooth digital experiences.

The ideal candidate is an expert in the modern React ecosystem who possesses a "directors eye" for motion and animation. You will bridge the gap between complex backend architectures and immersive frontend visuals, eventually leading our exploration into WebGL, XR, and 3D web environments.

Full Stack Developer (Frontend- Focused l React Native + Three.js

Key Responsibilities

• Architect & Build: Develop robust, scalable, and maintainable frontend applications using React and React Native.
• Motion Design: Implement sophisticated animations and transitions using GSAP, Reanimated, or Tween.js to ensure a premium user experience.
• API Integration: Collaborate with backend teams to integrate RESTful/GraphQL APIs and ensure seamless data flow.
• Analytics Orchestration: Implement and manage complex analytics events using platforms like CleverTap, Mixpanel, or Segment to drive data-informed decisions.
• Future-Proofing: Research and prototype immersive features using Three.js and React Three Fiber (R3F) to bring 3D and XR elements to the web.
• Code Excellence: Maintain high standards through code reviews, documentation, and a focus on modular, reusable components.

Must-Have

• Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in frontend development.
• Core Web: Mastery of HTML5, CSS3, Modern JavaScript (ES6+), and SCSS.
• Frameworks: Expert-level proficiency in React and React Native.
• Motion & Tweening: Proven experience with animation libraries (e.g., GSAP, Framer Motion, Reanimated, or Tween.js)you should understand easing, timelines, and performance optimization.
• Integration Skills: Deep understanding of how to consume APIs and handle asynchronous data.
• Analytics: Hands-on experience integrating event-based tracking systems (e.g., CleverTap, Amplitude, or similar).
• Clean Code: A obsession with writing dry, maintainable, and well-documented code.
