Role Description
The Front Office Admin will also play a key role in maintaining a welcoming and professional environment, while providing high-quality customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Phone Etiquette and Appointment Scheduling
- Proficiency in performing Receptionist Duties and Customer Service tasks
- Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with office software
- Vendor management, facility management
- Previous experience in a front office or administrative role is an advantage
