Role Description

DrSafeHands is seeking a full-time Front Desk Receptionist for its on-site location in Bengaluru. The receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing excellent customer service while managing reception desk operations. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting visitors, answering phone calls, addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, providing administrative support, and ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties to manage a front desk effectively
Strong Clerical Skills, including record-keeping and appointment scheduling
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to provide a welcoming and professional experience
Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software, including scheduling software
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office administration or similar fields are a plus
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer-facing role is preferred but not required
