Role Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive French Project Coordinator to manage and coordinate projects for international (French-speaking) clients. The candidate will act as a bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery.

Required Skills

• Fluency in French (minimum B2 level) and English proficiency.
• Fresh to1+ year of experience in project management or coordination.
• Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and a proactive mindset.
• A detail-oriented, organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate projects for international clients, ensuring seamless execution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering on their expectations.
• Collaborate with data analysis teams and developers to monitor project progress and quality.
• Align client requirements with sprint goals and ensure timely delivery
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)
• Organize tasks, improve processes, and drive efficiency across all stages of project development.
• Be the key player in the verification, validation, and launch of new products.
