We are pleased to inform you that we have acorporate training requirement for one of our clients, and we are currently looking for experienced trainers and technical project managers for the following roles.

Trainer Requirements:

• Java Full Stack SME

Program Details

• Duration:10 Weeks Program
• Technologies Covered:Java, with .NET /Python/SDET
• Participants will join the program after completingpre-onboarding / online training.

Training Structure:

• First 2 Weeks Foundation Training
• Engineering Mindset
• SDLC Awareness
• Git Knowledge
• Next 8 Weeks Sprint Based Learning
• 4 Sprints (each sprint of 2 weeks)

Batch Details:

• Total Participants:180
• Number of Batches:6 (30 participants per batch)
• Each batch will be divided into5 PODs (6 participants per POD)

Resource Requirements

Master Trainer

• Conduct conceptual classes
• Handle remedial sessions for identified knowledge gaps

Technical Project Managers (TPMs)

• Ideally1 TPM per 5 PODs
• Responsible for monitoring sprint deliverables (daily/weekly)
• Identify knowledge gaps and coordinate remedial sessions

• Mode:Classroom Training
• Location:UST Campus, Thiruvananthapuram (Trivandrum)
• Work Schedule:6 Days a Week

Resources may also be engaged in otherL&D activitiesif there are no active training sessions.
