About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Freelance Scriptwriter to develop engaging, high-quality scripts for our content. The ideal candidate has a strong storytelling ability, understands audience engagement, and can adapt tone and style across formats.

Key Responsibilities

• Write clear, engaging, and original scripts for videos (YouTube, reels, ads, etc.)
• Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to understand content requirements
• Research topics to ensure accuracy and relevance
• Adapt scripts based on feedback and revisions
• Maintain consistency in tone, voice, and brand guidelines
• Deliver scripts within agreed timelines

Requirements

• Proven experience as a scriptwriter, content writer, or similar role
• Strong storytelling and creative writing skills
• Ability to write for different formats (short-form, long-form, ad scripts, etc.)
• Excellent command of English (grammar, tone, and structure)
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
• Basic understanding of digital content trends (YouTube, Instagram, etc.)

Good to Have

• Experience in writing for kids content / educational content
• Familiarity with storytelling techniques and hooks
• Prior work with brands, agencies, or content platforms
