Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2 technical support for production issues and service requests.
• Perform data fixes and troubleshooting using SQL and PL/SQL.
• Analyze and resolve batch job failures and scheduling issues.
• Support integration debugging and issue resolution.
• Assist in BI Publisher report fixes and validation.
• Support minor enhancements using Oracle APEX and REST APIs.
• Perform log analysis, issue tracking, and root cause investigation.
• Coordinate with business users and technical teams for incident resolution.
• Ensure timely closure of tickets within SLA timelines.
• Support day-to-day application maintenance activities.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
• Basic understanding of REST APIs and integrations.
• Experience in production support / AMS support environment.
• Knowledge of batch processing and troubleshooting.
• Experience with log analysis and incident management.
• Understanding of BI Publisher reporting.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Oracle Retail applications (MFCS/RMS/ReSA/RPM).
• Oracle APEX development/support experience.
• Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA, or Remedy.
• Basic Unix/Linux knowledge.
• Experience supporting retail domain applications.
