At Firefly Diamonds, were building Indias most exciting lab-grown diamond brand. In just one year, weve scaled from 0 to 6 retail stores across Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, and Hyderabad, alongside a rapidly growing omni-channel presence. Backed by over 60 years of jewellery design and craftsmanship, were creating bold, modern designs that are redefining the future of fine jewellery. Were a small, fast-moving team building something iconicand this role is a rare opportunity to shape that journey from the ground up.

The Role

Were looking for a full-time Visual / Graphic Designer who can bring Fireflys brand world to life across digital and physical touchpoints. Youll work closely with the marketing and retail teams to translate ideas into compelling visuals that feel elevated, modern, and unmistakably Firefly. This is not a plug-and-play design role. We want someone who thinks, questions, creates, and builds.

What Youll Do

Design clear, engaging visual communication across web, mobile, retail, and print

Create assets for:

Social media

Performance marketing

Website

In-store branding

retail collateral posters, packaging, and brand merchandise

Translate marketing briefs into strong visual concepts and layouts

Ensure consistent branding across all platforms and stores

Contribute to growing our online presence through design-led storytelling

Think creatively and independentlywhile collaborating closely with the team

Maintain high standards of quality and attention to detail across all outputs

What Were Looking For

25 years of experience in graphic design (fashion, lifestyle, D2C, or luxury preferred)

A strong portfolio that demonstrates aesthetic sensitivity and brand thinking

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop; Figma is a plus)

Strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy

Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects

Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills

A creative self-starter who is comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively

Ability to work closely with our Mumbai-based team

Nice to Have

Video editing skills (Reels, short-form social content, basic motion graphics)

Experience working with Shopify (updating banners, landing pages, basic design adaptations)

Basic understanding of performance marketing creatives

Interest in fashion, luxury, or jewellery branding
