Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Franchise Development Manager, based in Mumbai. The role involves appointing new franchisees, driving franchise sales, identifying and securing new opportunities, and developing effective business plans. Responsibilities include generating leads, conducting market analysis, managing the franchise development process, providing training for franchisees, and building strong, long-lasting business relationships to support Marshalls Wallcoverings growth.

Qualifications

Experience in Franchise Sales and Franchising, with a proven track record of achieving targets
Strong Business Planning skills to develop strategic initiatives and expansion plans
Proficiency in Lead Generation, including identifying and converting prospects into franchise opportunities
Ability to provide Training and support for franchisees to ensure alignment with brand standards
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Prior experience in the interior design, retail, or wallcovering industry is an advantage
Educational background in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
