AAFM India is looking for a Franchise Manager to lead the growth and performance of our franchise / partner network across India.

We are seeking a result-oriented professional who can:

  • Identify and onboard quality franchise partners
  • Drive partner activation and revenue growth
  • Manage franchise relationships and performance
  • Ensure compliance, reporting, and business scalability
Key KRAs
  • Franchise acquisition and expansion
  • Partner onboarding and activation
  • Revenue generation from franchise network
  • Partner engagement and retention
  • Compliance and process adherence
  • Local business development support
Key KPIs
  • Number of new franchise sign-ups
  • Conversion ratio of qualified prospects
  • % partners activated within timeline
  • Monthly revenue from franchise network
  • Admissions/enrollments per franchise
  • Partner retention and compliance scores


Preferred background: Franchise development, channel sales, partner management, education/edtech business expansion.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Franchise Sales and Franchising operations
  • Strong understanding of general Business processes and strategic planning
  • Expertise in Sales and negotiating franchise agreements
  • Knowledge and ability to deliver Training to franchise partners
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet growth targets
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the professional education or certification industry is an advantage
