Skill: Financial Planning & Analysis

Experience: 6 years to 8 years

Job Location: Kolkata

Shift: 24x7

Education:

Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)

Non-technical graduation in finance & accounts stream-B.com, CA, CMA

Must Have Skills:

Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, CFO report

Strong analytical skills

Observant to system issues /new situations / etc

Business case decision support

Knowledge of SOX Compliance and requirements

knowledge of Financial Modelling

Good-to-Have Skills:

6-8 years of experience.

The purpose of the role is to support an organisation's finance department by analysing and reviewing financial data, analyse and understands the financial data in order to perform variance analysis and identify key causes of business variances for performance measurement.

Job Responsibilities

• Stakeholder management

• Prepare and gather data to support development of financial assessments and scenario analysis

• Create Forecast and annual planning

• Prepare Financial Models

• Providing and interpreting financial Information

• Regular Financial reporting and Metrics

• Exposure to Financial Analysis Review and analysis of Financial Data

• Identifying the process gaps and provide solutions

• SOX compliance

• Various MIS reports
