Founding Team Member

WorkBuddyHR is an early-stage HRTech startup building a modern HRMS focused on automation, insights, and simplicity.

Were currently in the MVP stage, preparing for launch, and working closely on solving real HR problems for growing teams.

Were now looking for a founding team member who can take ownership across operations, sales, and execution.

This is not a defined role and thats the point.

You will work directly with the founder and help drive:

• Customer conversations
• Sales & onboarding
• Operations setup
• Day-to-day execution

If youre looking for a fixed role like only sales or only ops this is NOT for you.

• Talk to potential customers and understand their needs
• Drive product demos and early sales conversations
• Help onboard and support early customers
• Handle day-to-day operations and coordination
• Work on pricing, positioning, and feedback loops
• Help build processes from scratch
• Act as a bridge between customers and product

• Strong communication & ownership mindset
• Comfortable handling ambiguity and multiple responsibilities
• Interest in startups / building from scratch
• Basic understanding of HR / SaaS is a plus
• Someone who can figure things out, not wait for instructions
• Based in Bangalore (mandatory)

• Not a 95 job
• Not a fixed-role job
• Not for someone looking for immediate high salary
• Not for someone who needs constant direction

• This role is currently part-time and equity-based, as we are in the early building stage
• No fixed salary initially
• Meaningful ESOPs (Founding Team level) will be offered
• Fixed compensation will be introduced post funding / revenue stage
