About WorkBuddyHR

WorkBuddyHR is an emerging HRMS platform built for startups and growing companies (1500 employees), focused on simplifying day-to-day HR operations through automation and actionable insights.

Were not building another HR tool that just tracks data.

Were building a system that actually fixes HR chaos.

Our focus:

  • Automate attendance, leave, and employee management
  • Provide real-time insights through HR Health Score
  • Help companies reduce manual HR work

We are currently in the MVP stage, moving fast towards launch, and building a strong founding team.

About the Role

This is not a typical job.

Were looking for someone who can work directly with the founder and take ownership of:

Lead generation

Sales conversations

Customer onboarding

Basic operations

Youll be involved in everything from getting the first customer to scaling the process.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales
  • Generate leads via LinkedIn, calls, email, and partnerships
  • Reach out to HRs, founders, and decision-makers
  • Conduct initial product demos / coordinate demos
  • Follow up and close deals
  • Build and refine the sales process
Operations
  • Assist in onboarding new clients
  • Coordinate with customers for setup and requirements
  • Handle day-to-day operational tasks
  • Ensure smooth customer experience
Growth
  • Identify new channels for lead generation
  • Build partnerships (HR consultants, payroll vendors, etc.)
  • Continuously improve conversion and retention
What Were Looking For
  • Strong communication and convincing skills
  • Hustler mindset (very important)
  • Comfortable with cold calling, outreach, and follow-ups
  • High ownership and accountability
  • Interest in startups / SaaS / B2B products
  • Bangalore-based preferred

Experience is good, but attitude > experience
