What OTPless does:

We're India's authentication company. We make OTPs obsolete. Our platform helps India's top internet companies Zepto, Meesho, Bajaj Finserv, Groww, Zomato deliver faster, more seamless login while measurably improving conversion. We authenticate at population scale. We've raised $8M from General Catalyst, SIDBI, and FJ Labs. We're 10 people with the ambition of 1,000.

Why this role exists now:

Integration is the moment of truth for any authentication product. A clean, well-guided integration means a client goes live in days. A rough one stalls deals and creates churn. We're growing fast and we need someone who owns the technical onboarding experience end-to-end, across both our Mobile SDKs and APIs.

You'll be the first dedicated hire in this function. You're not filling a seat you're defining the standard.

Who you'll work with:

Engineering and product teams at India's best-funded consumer tech companies. The kind of engineers who've scaled apps to 50M+ users. You'll be their go-to person from first integration call to production go-live.

What you'll own

• The full integration lifecycle discovery, hands-on guidance, debugging, go-live for both Mobile SDK (Android/iOS) and API-based clients
• Cross-layer debugging: mobile, API, network, backend wherever the problem lives
• Code reviews on client integration before it ships to production
• SQL-based investigation of data discrepancies, usage anomalies, and integration health
• Direct technical escalations via calls, Slack, email, and on-site visits
• Feeding recurring patterns back to Product and Engineering to make every future integration faster

What we need on Day 1

• 13 years in a Solution Engineer, Technical Account Manager, or Integration Engineer role
• Solid REST API fluency: auth flows, token handling, webhooks, error debugging
• Comfort reading Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift) integration code and guiding developers through it
• Working SQL enough to investigate data and validate integrations independently
• Strong written and verbal communication you'll be on calls and Slack with client devs daily
• A consultative instinct: you ask first, prescribe second

Good to have

• Hands-on Android or iOS development experience (shipped an app or SDK integration)
• React Native / Flutter exposure
• Prior experience at a B2B SaaS or developer-tools company
• Familiarity with Charles Proxy, Postman, Logcat, or Xcode Console
