Founding GTM Engineer

We're looking for a Founding GTM Engineer who can bridge the gap between engineering, growth, sales, and operations.

This is not a traditional marketing role. This is a builder role.

• Design and build outbound growth systems from scratch
• Automate lead generation, enrichment, and prospecting workflows
• Develop AI-powered GTM processes using tools, APIs, and LLMs
• Build internal growth tools and dashboards
• Integrate CRM, marketing, sales, and analytics systems
• Run experiments across outbound, inbound, and product-led growth channels
• Create scalable prospecting engines using Clay, Apollo, Instantly, HubSpot, and similar platforms
• Work directly with founders to define and execute growth strategy
• Own GTM infrastructure and continuously improve conversion rates
  

• Strong technical mindset with the ability to ship quickly
• Experience with APIs, automations, and workflow tools
• Familiarity with AI tools and LLM-based workflows
• Experience with outbound sales systems and lead generation
• Comfortable working across sales, marketing, operations, and product
• Strong problem-solving skills and founder-level ownership
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and build from zero to one
  

• Experience with Clay, Apollo, Instantly, HubSpot, Attio, Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar tools
• Built growth systems for startups before
• Experience in SaaS, AI, developer tools, or B2B products
