The Role: Founding Engineer

You are the person who makes real-world AI systems actually work.

The role is focused on the journey from model output to reliable execution across noisy, distributed environments. Real-world AI becomes real only when infra, deployment, and control loops hold under pressure.

What Youll Do (Responsibilities)

• Build systems that connect models -\> decisions -\> real-world execution
• Design and scale distributed systems under real constraints
• Own deployments across complex environments
• Work across distributed systems, cloud infrastructure & Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, microservices architecture, and production-grade systems
• Operate across the stack, shaping how our systems are built and run

What Were Looking For (Required Qualifications)

• Strong experience building and scaling systems end-to-end
• Deep understanding of system design and performance
• Ability to move from idea production scale
• Comfort working in evolving, fast-moving environments
• Proficiency in coding in GoLang is must have

Bonus If

• Youve worked on infrastructure interacting with physical systems
• Youve handled production issues in high-stakes environments
