Founding Engineer / AI & Software Developer (ERP + AI Systems)

We are currently building the foundation for a next-generation ERP and operational software platform focused on manufacturing and industrial businesses.

This initiative is being built after pivoting from our earlier EdTech-focused startup work under AVAYHH. Through that journey, we gained valuable experience in product thinking, systems design, AI tooling, and startup execution. We are now applying those learnings toward a space with stronger domain alignment and practical industrial applications.

The current focus is on building AI-powered operational systems for manufacturing companies - including maintenance workflows, operations management, automation, intelligence systems, and ERP infrastructure.

This is not a typical corporate role.

We are looking for someone who wants to work closely in an early-stage environment, help shape the technical foundation, and grow alongside the company as the product and business evolve.

The role may eventually evolve into a long-term leadership or potential co-founder opportunity for the right person.

• Building ERP software foundations and backend systems
• AI agent workflows and automation systems
• Cloud deployment and infrastructure setup
• Database architecture and APIs
• Security and access-control implementation
• AI integrations using modern LLM tools and frameworks
• Internal operational tools and dashboards
• Product experimentation and rapid prototyping

You do NOT need to know everything already.

What matters most is strong fundamentals, problem-solving ability, and the capability to learn fast.

Helpful skills include:

• Software development fundamentals
• Backend development (Node.js, Python, etc.)
• Database systems (PostgreSQL/MySQL)
• Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, or similar)
• AI/LLM tools and agent frameworks
• API development and integrations
• Basic DevOps understanding
• Security best practices
• Ability to independently research and implement solutions

Bonus if you have:

• Worked on automation systems
• Built personal projects
• Used AI coding tools effectively
• Interest in manufacturing or ERP systems

This role is ideal for someone who:

• Wants to build instead of just maintain systems
• Learns quickly without needing constant guidance
• Enjoys solving practical real-world problems
• Is comfortable with ambiguity and experimentation
• Wants long-term growth instead of only short-term salary optimization
• Can work closely with a founder in the early stage

This is an early-stage venture.

Initial compensation will be modest while we build the product foundation and validate the business with companies.

I want to be transparent about that from the beginning.
