ROLE

Were hiring a Founding CTO to architect and build the core backend + AI systems from day one.

• Youll build from zero production, not maintain legacy code
• Youll define architecture, patterns, and technical direction
• Youll work on real AI problems tied to measurable business outcomes

WHO FITS WELL?

• 5-10 years experience building products in a startup
• Have built something from scratch (0 1 matters)
• Strong in Agentic AI frameworks & Python
• Comfortable with ownership, and speed
• Willing to move to Chennai (non-negotiable)
