Job Overview

We are looking for an entrepreneurial leader to build and scale our agrochemicals formulation supply

from 0 1. This is a high-ownership role which covers setting up core supply bases, RnD and QC.

You will work directly with the Founder to define strategy and drive execution. This role is ideal for

someone who thrives in a fast paced environment and wants to build from scratch.

This is not a maintenance role; this is a build mandate.

Key Requirements

3-5 years of experience in building supply partnerships in B2B startups or building anything from

0 to 1 in any startup.

Proven ability to operate independently with a high-ownership mindset in fast-paced, ambiguous

environments with the ability to bring order to chaos.

Willingness to travel extensively across India and globally to build and scale the supply on the

ground.

What you will do on the job :

Identify, evaluate, and onboard toll manufacturing partners for agrochemical formulations in

India.

Setup internal RnD mandate for formulation supply.

Translate product roadmap into manufacturing-ready formulations with R&D team.

Manage formulation trials, stability testing, and lab-to-commercial scale-up for new SKUs

Define and enforce quality specs across all formulated products
