Role Description

The Founder's Office Operation Intern will assist in the day-to-day operations and strategic projects under the guidance of the companys founder. Responsibilities include coordinating cross-departmental activities, conducting research, preparing reports, and supporting the execution of business strategies. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, requiring engagement with a dynamic team and exposure to various aspects of the business.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and coordination skills to handle cross-functional tasks effectively
• Research and analytical skills for market analysis and report preparation
• Effective verbal and written communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders
• Proficiency in task management and attention to detail
• Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic work environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Familiarity with startup environments is a plus
• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors degree in Business, Management, or a related field
