Founder’s Office Intern

CureAble is a women-led child development ecosystem dedicated to ensuring that no child struggles due to a lack of proper support, structure, or understanding. It transforms traditional care models by connecting occupational therapy, speech therapy, behavior support, special education, parent guidance, home planning, therapist training, and school collaboration into one integrated system. With a focus on active parent involvement and a holistic approach, CureAble helps align all aspects of a child's environment toward consistent and meaningful development. Today, CureAble operates through centers, home-based support, schools, therapist development initiatives, and college-linked training programs, aiming to improve the lives of over 2 million children in the future.

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Founders Office Intern at CureAble. As a Founders Office Intern, you will work closely with the leadership team to support strategic initiatives, conduct market research, prepare presentations, manage special projects, and liaise across different teams. You will play a key role in enabling seamless communication, identifying opportunities for growth, and contributing ideas to solve challenges and improve processes. The position provides a unique opportunity to understand startup operations and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of the business.

• Strong analytical and research skills to identify insights, assess data, and support business strategies
• Project management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges with a collaborative mindset
• Proficiency in using productivity tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other project management software is a plus
• Knowledge of or interest in child development, education, or healthcare sectors is advantageous
• Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a degree program in Business, Management, Psychology, or a relevant field
