- Sit close to the founder

- Capture raw thinking --> convert into structured clarity

- Turn chaos --> maps --> systems

- Track decisions, patterns, and evolution

- Build a second brain outside my head

Not execution.

Not operations.

Thinking architecture.

You will:

1. Document everything that matters (and ignore what doesnt)

2. Create structured notes, maps, and timelines

3. Track what was thought vs what was done

4. Bring back clarity when things get scattered

5. Help me see my own thinking better
