At betterhood (www.betterhood.in), were building a new-age D2C health & wellness brand with a mission to help people live pain-free, healthier lives. As a Founders Office Intern, youll work closely with the founders and core team, gaining firsthand exposure to how an early-stage startup is built and scaled.

Role: Founders Office Intern

• Duration: 4 to 6 months
• Stipend: 10,000/month
• Experience: Fresher / Early professional
• Location: On-site (Bangalore, Kasvanahalli Area)
• Working Days: 6 days/week
• Timings: 10:00 AM 7:30 PM

What Youll Do:

• Work directly with founders across multiple functions strategy, operations, content, growth, and partnerships.
• Solve day-to-day problems with a get-things-done mindset.
• Support process building, market research, and data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute key projects.
• Take ownership of high-impact tasks that move the needle for the business.

Who You Are:

• A self-starter, hungry to learn and contribute.
• Strong with problem-solving, organization, and Excel.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, unstructured environment.
• Interested in startups, D2C, and health & wellness.
• Early experience, freshers or final-year students are welcome.
