We are hiring ONE operator to help build Indiverse.

The honest version: I'm in the field or on a shoot half the month. You will often have incomplete information and will be expected to move forward anyway. There is no playbook. There is no layer between you and the consequences. The bar is high. We iterate until it's perfect.

If your default response to ambiguity is "someone should do something," this role isn't for you. If your default response is "I'll figure it out," keep reading.

What you get: a chance to help build one of the most ambitious media companies from the inside. This includes films, music, live experiences, and education. You will have a front-row seat to every major decision that shapes the company. You won't just watch this get built; you will help build it.
