Founder’s Office - Execution & Growth Intern

Bidwiser is an AI-first tender and bid intelligence startup focused on helping enterprises win better, faster, and smarter. We operate in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment with direct access to founders and real decision-making.

This role sits at the center of growth and execution at Bidwiser. You will work closely with the founders across GTM, marketing, product positioning, UI/UX, content, and growth experiments. The role is hands-on, outcome-driven, and ideal for someone who wants real startup exposure beyond a single function.

• Execute Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives including positioning, messaging, and outreach
• Draft and manage business emails, sales outreach, proposals, decks, and follow-ups
• Plan and execute growth and marketing campaigns (LinkedIn, email, content, launches)
• Support UI/UX improvements by sharing inputs on user flows, screens, and feature presentation
• Create and edit short-form videos, demos, explainers, and marketing content
• Design mockups and flows for new product features ( Figma + Framer)
• Assist with content creation (posts, landing pages, narratives, case studies)
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insight gathering
• Take ownership of high-impact growth tasks directly from the Founders Office
  

• Prior experience through internships, live projects - Growth/ Business Development
• Strong communication and storytelling skills
• Experience with UI/UX & Design Tools: Figma, Framer , Adobe etc.
• Interest in GTM, growth marketing, product, and startups
• Basic familiarity with tools like Figma, Canva, Notion, video editing tools, or similar tools
• Comfortable working in a fast-changing, execution-focused environment
• MBA (or pursuing) is a plus, but strong execution mind matters more
• Proactive, resourceful, and willing to learn by doing
• Available for full-time, Work From Office commitment in Noida
