You'll manage my calendar, keep me sane.

Think of it as a real-world MBA. You'll see how we close deals, handle crises, build partnerships. Watch how I grow companies. You'll learn why some meetings are worth 2Cr and others aren't worth 2 minutes.

This is an 18-month apprenticeship. After that? You'll graduate into owning core parts of the business - GTM, Partnerships, Events, Community. We build leaders from within.

Location: Bangalore (In-office, 5 days/week)

Compensation: 620 LPA + compounding network & access

Gets startup ops, content, and founder energy

Doesnt need handholding, but craves context

Degrees dont matter. Curiosity does.
