We are looking for someone to sit at the centre of it.

## Founders Office Analyst

Location: Mumbai

Function: Founders Office

Reporting to: Founder / CEO

## What this role is

This is not a traditional analyst role.

This is a **founder-apprenticeship role.**

You will work directly with founders on the most important problems in the company across strategy, operations, analytics, hiring, fundraising, and execution.

No fixed lane. No single function.

Just high-priority problems.

## What you will work on

New geography launches and crop category expansion

Business analytics across cities, demand, supply, fulfilment, revenue

Weekly business reviews and performance tracking systems

Investor decks, fundraising support, and external communication

Cross-functional problem solving (pricing, retention, labour, ops, field execution)

SOPs, operating models, and execution systems

Market research across agri, labour, and rural services

## Who this is for

03 years experience in consulting, startups, VC, analytics, or founders office roles

Strong analytical and structured thinking ability

Excellent writing and communication

Strong Excel / Google Sheets + presentations

High ownership and bias for action

Comfortable with ambiguity and fast context switching

Willing to travel to field locations when needed

Curious about agriculture, rural India, labour markets
