Designation: Founders Office Associate

Location: Pune
- Experience in High-Growth Environments: 3+ years of experience in startup, business, operations, or revenue roles with exposure to fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Educational Background: MBA from a Top-tier institute or equivalent experience in high-performance environments such as startups or consulting
- Revenue Orientation: Strong understanding of revenue pipelines, funnel movement, and conversion optimization across stages
- Operational Excellence: Proven ability to identify inefficiencies and implement scalable processes to improve turnaround time and reduce errors
- Performance Marketing & Web Metrics: Ability to monitor, analyze, and optimize website performance and digital marketing metrics across channels
- Technology & Product Thinking: Experience working with or managing internal tools, improving product workflows, and collaborating with tech teams
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Ability to work across departments: Sales/Marketing/Operations/HR/Strategy; align teams, and drive execution without formal authority.
- Data & Insights: Strong analytical ability to consolidate data across functions, derive insights, and support decision-making for the founder
- Strategic Partnerships: Exposure to identifying and executing partnerships, and tie-ups that drive business growth
- Ownership Mindset: Proven track record of owning outcomes (revenue, operations, delivery) end-to-end with high accountability
- Execution Bias: Strong bias for action, problem-solving mindset, and ability to operate independently
- Pipeline Movement & Revenue Acceleration: In the first 12 months, understand the existing revenue pipeline, identify drop-offs, and bring structure to tracking, follow-ups, and conversion improvement
- Execution Ownership (Skin in the Game): Ensure customer commitments are delivered on time by coordinating across internal teams and external partners, resolving bottlenecks and escalations proactively
- Performance & Growth Optimization: Monitor and optimize website performance, digital marketing metrics, and channel effectiveness to improve overall business outcomes
- Operational Efficiency: Identify gaps in workflows and implement scalable systems to improve efficiency, reduce turnaround time, and minimize dependency on individuals
- 01 Experiments: Launch and execute new initiatives across growth, operations, pricing, or partnerships, with rapid iteration and clear outcome tracking
- Cross-Functional Execution: Work across teams including operations, marketing, tech, and finance to ensure alignment and execution of key priorities
- Data-Driven Decision Support: Consolidate data from multiple departments, analyze trends, and generate actionable insights to support founder-level decisions
- Strategic Initiatives & Partnerships: Identify and execute high-impact projects and partnerships that unlock new growth opportunities
- Internal Tools & Product Improvements: Own and improve internal tools, workflows, and systems to enhance team productivity and operational visibility
- Founders Execution Partner: Act as an extension of the founder in driving high-priority initiatives, ensuring follow-through and accountability across functions
