You will work directly with founders ontech, operations, sales, finance, and execution whatever it takes to move the company forward.

Some days you'll be debugging product.

Some days you'll be in a mandi at 4 AM.

Some days you'll build dashboards.

Some days you'll fix a broken process nobody else noticed.

No fixed job description. Only outcomes.

Not toppers.

Not perfect resumes.

We want people who have failed. Tried again. Failed again. Still standing.

You might fit if:
