• Turning credit cards into a primary payment instrument (beyond just swipes)
• Unlocking high-value use cases like rent & education payments
• Building cross-border money movement

Role: Founders Office

This is not a traditional role. Youll work directly with the founders across product, growth, operations, and strategy.

What Youll Do

• Work on 01 and 110 problem statements across business lines
• Drive product-led growth initiatives and experiments
• Solve cross-functional problems spanning product, ops, partnerships, and analytics
• Build processes from scratch and scale what works
• Act as a force multiplier for the founders

Who Were Looking For

• Jack of all trades, with a strong bias towards tech and product thinking
• A Jombie someone who can operate across time zones and doesnt wait for instructions
• Strong context switcher able to juggle multiple priorities without dropping quality
• 45 years of experience, preferably with an MBA from IIM
• Fintech experience (2+ years) is strongly preferred
• High ownership, high curiosity, and high execution speed

Compensation

• No fixed cap were willing to pay top-of-market for the right candidate
