Form.io Configurator

The form.io Configurator is responsible for designing, configuring, and maintaining forms, user interfaces, and data capture workflows for customer implementations. The role works closely with Business Analysts, Implementation Architects, and other Configurators to deliver intuitive, scalable, and business-friendly user experiences across IAN products.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain forms, workflows, and user interfaces using form.io.
• Design dynamic forms, validations, conditional logic, and data capture processes.
• Configure role-based access, form behaviors, and workflow interactions.
• Develop and customize form components to meet customer-specific requirements.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and Implementation Architects to translate business requirements into user-friendly solutions.
• Support testing, UAT, deployment, and go-live activities.
• Troubleshoot form-related issues and optimize usability and performance.
• Create reusable form templates, components, and configuration standards.
• Document form configurations and contribute to implementation of best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 68 years of experience in form development, low-code platforms, or web application development.
• Good experience in the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain
• Strong hands-on experience with form.io or similar form-driven platforms.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, JSON, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with AngularJS/Angular for UI customization and component development.
• Experience designing responsive and user-friendly data capture interfaces.
• Good understanding of configurable platforms, workflows, and business process automation.
• Experience working with insurance carriers and clients across North America or Europe
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Desired Skills

• Exposure to Camunda, n8n and workflow automation platforms.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience with REST APIs and integration concepts.
• Experience in Insurance, Financial Services, or other regulated industries.
• Agile/Scrum delivery experience.
