Your Role

As the Flutter Developer, you will:

• Own the Mobile Product:
• Take full responsibility for developing and maintaining the WTF mobile application, ensuring it delivers a world-class user experience across iOS and Android.
• Contribute to design, development, testing, and deploymentowning every aspect of the app lifecycle.
• UI/UX Excellence:
• Collaborate with designers to create visually stunning and intuitive interfaces that delight users.
• Translate wireframes, prototypes, and mockups into pixel-perfect Flutter widgets that function seamlessly across devices.
• API Integration and Logical Flow:
• Integrate backend APIs with the app, ensuring real-time communication and data accuracy.
• Build logical workflows and state management using tools like Provider, Bloc, or Riverpod.
• Performance Optimization:
• Optimize the app for performance, ensuring smooth animations, fast load times, and zero crashes.
• Continuously monitor app performance using tools like Flutter DevTools, Firebase Crashlytics, and Sentry.
• Testing and Quality Assurance:
• Write and maintain unit tests, widget tests, and integration tests to ensure code stability.
• Collaborate with QA to implement rigorous testing workflows for a bug-free experience.
• Collaboration and Innovation:
• Work closely with the product team, backend developers, and designers to brainstorm new features and enhance existing ones.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in Flutter development and introduce innovative practices to the team.
• What You Bring4+ years of mobile app development experience, with at least 2 years in Flutter building production-grade apps for both iOS and Android.
• Expertise in Dart programming, Flutter widgets, animations, and custom UI components.
• Strong experience with state management solutions (Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, etc.).
• Proficiency in integrating RESTful APIs and third-party services, ensuring smooth communication between app and server.
• Knowledge of Firebase suite (Firestore, Analytics, Crashlytics, Push Notifications) and integrating it into mobile applications.
• Ability to debug, optimize, and scale applications, ensuring top-notch performance.
• Familiarity with design principles and guidelines for both Android and iOS platforms.
• Strong understanding of Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and automated app testing tools.
• A creative problem solver with a keen eye for design and a passion for delivering flawless user experiences.
