Flutter Developer

Role: Flutter App Developer

Experience: 1 year (for freshers internship experience is preferable)

Location: New Delhi [On-site]

Type: Full-time (Interns also welcome and will be paid)

What Youll Do

• Own end-to-end Flutter mobile app development (Android & iOS) using MVVM Architecture
• Build production-grade features, not just UI screens
• Work closely with Backend, Product, Design, and QA teams
• Implement scalable state management using BLOC & Provider
• Integrate REST APIs, WebSockets, Firebase, and third-party SDKs
• Improve app performance, app size, and crash-free rate
• Actively participate in feature planning, estimation, and release cycles
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code
• Review PRs and maintain high engineering standards
• Use modern AI developer tools to boost productivity

What Were Looking For

• Flutter development experience (Projects or Internships)
• Experience working in a good product-based company

Strong understanding of:

• Flutter widgets & rendering
• State management (BLOC & Provider mandatory)
• Navigation, dependency injection, and lifecycle

Experience with:

• REST APIs & JSON
• Firebase (RTDB, Auth, Crashlytics, FCM plus if used)
• App performance optimization
• Solid Git & GitHub workflow experience
• Ability to take ownership of features and ship independently

Tools & Tech (Must Have / Good to Have)

• Flutter / Dart
• GetX & Provider
• GitHub (PRs, code reviews, branching)
• AI coding tools:
• GitHub Copilot
• Cursor / similar AI IDEs
• CI/CD (Fastlane, GitHub Actions bonus)
• Play Store / App Store deployment experience bonus
• Firebase (RTDB)
