Flight Control Engineer

We are looking for a Flight Control Engineer with 35 years of experience in the Aerospace domain, specializing in the design and development of Flight Control Systems (FCS). The candidate should have strong expertise in Aircraft Dynamics, including 6-DOF (Six Degrees of Freedom) linear and non-linear modeling, along with hands-on experience in Modeling & Simulation and Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS).

The role involves developing flight control algorithms and control logic from scratch using strong fundamentals in Physics and Mathematics, and contributing to the end-to-end design, development, and validation of Flight Control Systems. Experience with aerospace software development standards such as DO-178C or DO-178C-compliant software development will be an added advantage.

• Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS)
• Flight Control Algorithm & Control Logic Development
• Strong Physics and Applied Mathematics fundamentals
• End-to-End Flight Control System Development

Good-to-Have:

• DO-178C Certification or DO-178C-compliant Software Development Experience
• Aerospace/Aviation Domain Experience
• MATLAB/Simulink or similar modeling tools (preferred)
• Knowledge of Safety-Critical Embedded Systems and Aerospace Standards.
