Role Purpose
Lead financial planning, reporting, compliance, and control functions to ensure financial integrity, operational efficiency, and profitability across retail operations, with strong ownership of book closure and internal & external audits.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and MIS reporting.
Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Monitor profitability, cash flow, working capital, and cost optimization.
Strengthen financial controls, governance, and statutory compliance.
Manage audits, taxation, GST, and regulatory requirements.
Partner with business leaders on financial performance and strategic decisions.
Oversee inventory accounting, stock reconciliation, and retail financial controls.
Lead and develop the finance team, driving process excellence.

Qualification
CA Mandatory.
MBA (Finance) or CMA/ICWA Added advantage.
Experience
1018 years post-qualification experience in Retail, Furniture, Consumer Durables, Home Improvement, FMCG, or Large Format Retail, including at least 5 years as Financial Controller or in a Finance Leadership role. ERP, financial reporting, and retail operations experience are essential.
