Who are we looking for?

CA qualification with 37 years post-qualification experience
Hands-on experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) to automate finance tasks
Proven ability to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency through automation
Experience in startup or tech environments
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and ownership mindset
IPO experience is a plus
Practical usage of AI to automate real finance workflows
