Job Overview:


We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Financial Controller to manage day-to-day financial operations, with specific focus on offshore subsidiary management, compliance, and reporting. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in controlling cost centres, conducting international audits, and ensuring financial governance across Europe and Southeast Asia. This role is well-suited for someone who has worked within a Global Capability Centre (GCC) of a multinational or a large Indian listed corporation.


Reporting: You will report to the Founder and Chairman of the company, ensuring robust financial

governance and enterprise-level scalability across our global operations.


Key Responsibilities

Subsidiary Oversight & Compliance

Oversee financial reporting and compliance for Adnets offshore subsidiaries, including those in

Europe and Southeast Asia

Coordinate with local accounting partners and internal teams to ensure adherence to regional tax

laws and audit protocols

Support statutory filings, regulatory audits, and local board reporting requirements across

jurisdictions

Ensure all intercompany reconciliations and currency conversions are accurate and audit-ready

Controlling & Reporting

Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities, ensuring accurate and timely

reports

Prepare cost centre reports, variance analysis, and actuals vs. budget commentary for business

reviews

Monitor operating expenses, resource costs, and production metrics for operational units

Support cash flow tracking, invoicing, reconciliations, and vendor management

Governance & Process Discipline

Ensure adherence to internal control systems, accounting standards, and group-level policies

Assist in processing documentation, risk mitigation, and audit preparedness across regions

Work closely with finance leadership to implement automation and reporting enhancements


Work Experience

12+ years of financial management experience, ideally in MNCs, GCCs, or large Indian corporates

Proven experience in managing offshore entities, conducting international audits, and

coordinating with external accounting firms

Sound knowledge of European and Southeast Asian tax regimes and compliance frameworks

Demonstrated experience managing cost centre and driving reporting discipline

Strong command of Excel, accounting systems, and ERP tools

Excellent coordination, English communication, and documentation skills

CA would be preferred
