Financial Controller

Role Purpose

Lead accounting, financial reporting, compliance, Audit support and controllership activities while ensuring strong financial governance and timely month-end closures.

Key Responsibilities

• Own month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close processes.
• Review general ledger accounting and reconciliations.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial statements.
• Monitor revenue, expenses, accruals, provisions, and intercompany transactions.
• Coordinate statutory audits, tax audits, and internal audits.
• Drive implementation and adherence to accounting policies and internal controls.
• Review GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances before filing.
• Manage cash flow reporting and working capital monitoring.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
• Act as the primary liaison with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
• Mentor and supervise controllership team members.

Qualifications & Experience

• CA preferred.
• 8-12 years of experience in accounting, reporting, and controllership.
• Strong knowledge of Ind AS, IFRS, GST, TDS, and corporate compliance.
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel.
