About the Role

Support financial planning, reporting, and analysis by maintaining accurate data, assisting in budgeting and forecasting, and providing actionable insights to improve business performance. Ensure timely and reliable financial visibility for decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate monthly financial reports covering revenue, cost, gross margin, and basic profitability metrics
• Support budgeting and forecasting cycles with updated data and variance tracking
• Assist in maintaining a rolling forecast (612 months) with guidance from senior stakeholders
• Track actual performance vs budget and highlight key variances
• Support hiring plan tracking and basic headcount cost analysis
• Improve clarity and accuracy of financial data used by leadership
• Identify data inconsistencies and highlight potential financial risks

Qualifications

• 35 years of experience in Financial Analysis, FP&A support, or Accounting
• Experience working with accounting systems (preferably QuickBooks Online)
• Exposure to budgeting, reporting, or financial analysis
• Experience in service-based or agency business IT Service organisation.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, basic modeling)
• Good understanding of financial statements (P&L, basic cash flow)
• Ability to interpret data and highlight key trends
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Clear and structured communication
• Basic understanding of business metrics and cost structures
• Ability to work in a structured and process-driven environment
