Job Summary
• This role is responsible for providing valuable insights and solutions for specific functions or business units. The role actively drives the forecasting process, aligning with overall business objectives and supporting policy and process enhancement. The role may act as a team or project leader, providing direction to team activities and facilitating information validation and team decision making.
Job Title: Financial Analyst
Location: Whitefield, Bengaluru
Experience:4-8 Years
Qualification: CA / CMA/CPA and graduation from a reputed university
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial data (TB, B/S & Operational data), identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operations finance initiatives and operational efficiency.
- Automate data workflows and financial models
- Support process improvement initiatives and projects with scenario building.
- Ensure compliance with internal & SOX controls, accounting standards, and corporate policies.
Required Skills & Experience
- 4–8 years of experience in finance, with a strong background in finance operations and controllership.
- Experience in controllership and R2R
- Deep expertise in finance operations, Record to Report, Accounts Receivables & Procure to Pay
- Expert-level proficiency in Excel, Power BI & Power query,
- Highly skilled in US GAAP & IFRS
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Hands on experience in SAP.
