Role Description

We are looking for a highly reliable and disciplined Finance & Accounts Executive to manage our daily accounting and commercial operations. You will be responsible for end-to-end bookkeeping, statutory compliance, and routine international trade entries using Tally.

This is an office-based role that requires strict ownership of timelines, daily reporting, and a proactive approach to day-to-day financial administration.

Qualifications

General Accounting & Banking: Executing daily Journal, Sales, and Purchase entries. Managing Bank Reconciliations, Bank OD workings, and tracking overall funds flow/cash flow.

Commercial & Trade Entries: Processing routine Import/Export documentation (Invoices, Packaging Lists, Way Bills) and handling standard banking activities like Export Regularisation (FIRC) and USD to INR conversions within Tally.

Inventory & Stock Tracking: Maintaining accurate MIS reports for physical products, including batch-wise closing stock, expiry/near-expiry tracking, and generating product-wise sales and aging reports.

Statutory Compliance: Calculating, working, and filing standard returns for GST, TDS, and VAT, along with basic PT and PF management.

Management Reporting: Preparing routine budgets, conducting variance analysis, and generating MIS reports for top management review.

Requirements

3 to 5 years of solid, hands-on accounting experience.

High proficiency in Tally, including experience recording multi-currency transactions and maintaining batch-wise inventory.

Highly disciplined with a strong track record of attendance and professional reliability.
