Job Description


Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive, analytical, and execution-driven PMO professional to support finance-led strategic and transformation initiatives across the Process Automation sector. This role will drive projects focused on financial performance improvement, margin enhancement, cost optimization, working capital, and financial process efficiency.

As part of the sector PMO team, the role will work closely with Finance, Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain, and Digital teams to drive structured execution of finance-related initiatives and ensure measurable business impact. The ideal candidate combines strong financial acumen with PMO discipline, drives accountability, and ensures data-driven decision-making and execution rigor.

Key Responsibilities

Program & Project Management

  • Translate finance and business strategies into structured execution roadmaps
  • Manage and track finance transformation projects (e.g., process improvement, margin improvement, pricing optimization, cost programs)
  • Develop project charters, timelines, risk logs, and governance structures aligned to PMO standards
  • Ensure execution discipline, milestone tracking, and proactive issue escalation
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives impacting financial outcomes
  • Support standardization of finance project governance and reporting frameworks
  • Establish cadence for financial program reviews and tracking mechanisms
  • Improve templates, reporting formats, and consistency across finance initiatives
  • Promote disciplined execution and adoption of PMO best practices

Digital & AI lead Finance Transformation & Performance Improvement

  • Support initiatives to improve gross margin, finance discipline, processes and profitability across BUs and verticals
  • Drive cost optimization programs, including procurement savings, overhead reduction, and efficiency initiatives
  • Derive & deliver AI solutions & use-cases to drive productivity gains
  • Support working capital improvement initiatives (inventory, receivables, payables)
  • Identify financial performance gaps, root causes, and drive corrective action with stakeholders


Data Analytics & Financial Insights

  • Support development of financial dashboards (Power BI) for margin, cost, and performance tracking
  • Analyze financial data and convert insights into actionable recommendations
  • Track and report KPIs such as margin, cost savings, booking quality, pricing realization
  • Prepare executive-ready summaries highlighting risks, opportunities, and impact

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work closely with Finance, Commercial, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to drive financial outcomes
  • Ensure alignment between commercial strategy and financial performance targets
  • Facilitate best practice sharing across verticals on margin improvement and financial efficiency
  • Support alignment of finance-related initiatives across BUs and functions

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of finance fundamentals (P&L, margin, cost structures, working capital)
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret financial data and drive insights
  • Strong understanding of new tech, & AI applications
  • Structured, detail-oriented, and highly organized
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Confident in driving accountability and influencing cross-functional teams
  • Strong problem-solving mindset; comfortable working in ambiguity
  • Experience with Power BI / Excel-based financial analysis
  • Familiarity with project management tools
  • Strong communication skills; able to present to senior stakeholders

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or related field
  • 34 years of experience in finance, consulting, or project/program management
  • Exposure to financial planning, analysis (FP&A), or cost/margin optimization
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMP, Agile, PRINCE2 preferred)
  • Experience of driving improvements with AI with tangible value addition
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (Power BI, Excel)
